Das IC Management-Forum ‘Warum Konsumenten lügen…’ gibt Einblick in unbewusste Entscheidungsprozesse hinsichtlich des Kaufverhaltens und der Wirkungsweise von Werbung auf den Rezipienten. Neuromarketing basiert in erster Linie auf wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen aus dem Feld der Neuro-Ökonomie, die es erlauben Botschaften effizient und zielgerichtet zu optimieren.

Marketing und Werbung haben sich in den letzten 10 Jahren angesichts der voranschreitenden Digitalisierung und der zunehmenden Erkenntnisse aus Neurowissenschaft und Psychologie stark verändert. Das zielgruppenorientierte Marketing steht stärker denn je im Vordergrund. Unternehmen verfügen heute mehr denn je über mannigfaltige Daten ihrer (potenziellen) Konsumenten und damit über ein spezifisches Wissen, wen sie ansprechen wollen.

In diesem Seminar befassen wir uns mit den unbewussten Treibern hinter unseren Kaufentscheidungen und stellen die gängigsten Messmethoden (Eye Tracking, fMRT, EEG, Facial Coding etc.) inkluse ihrer Kosten, Nutzen, Grenzen und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten vor.
