Konsumenten lügen. Nicht bewusst, aber fast immer. Vor allem, wenn man sie direkt nach ihren Kaufmotiven und –wünschen fragt. Das Bewusstsein liefert oft nur Begründungen für unbewusste Entscheidungen, weshalb die in der Marktforschung eingesetzten Befragungsmethoden an ihre Grenzen kommen. Um ein verlässliches und unverfälschtes Bild über die Wirkungsweise von Werbung auf den Konsumenten zu erhalten ist der Einsatz impliziter Methoden unabdingbar.

In diesem Webinar stellt Ihnen Frau Mag. Panorea Kaskani ein Methodenrepertoire  impliziter Methoden vor, die in der Marktforschung eingesetzt werden, um das Unbewusste und die implizite Wirkung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sichtbar zu machen. Dazu zählen apparative Verfahren, wie das Eye-Tracking, die Elektroenzephalographie (EEG) und das Facial Coding, aber auch sogenannte „semi-implizite Befragungsmethoden“ wie die Reaktionszeitmessung.
