Questa frase la troviamo spesso nelle immagini di guida imprenditoriali. Purtroppo non sempre la frase resta in pratica. Per esempio se i collaboratori hanno delle idee diverse dei dirgenti e si permettono di articolarle oppure nei casi che i collaboratori non eseguono i loro compiti in modo desiderato…
